Subscription FAQs

How do I choose which pricing plan to go with?

Our pricing philosophy is simple, you only pay for what you use! At the end of each calendar month, we look at how many active attendees** you have in our system within the same Business Unit and charge your organization accordingly. For those without any current or future bookings, you can archive them to save on costs. 


Running a larger business or after a flat-fee? Talk to our sales consultants to receive a customized quote.

Are there any hidden costs?

Absolutely not! Your subscription covers all core features and you only pay for the add-on services that you opted in. You can deactivate add-ons at any time. 

Please beware that third-party charges could apply, such as SMS costs and payment transaction fees.

How does monthly subscription work?

We charge monthly fees on the first business day of each month via auto-debiting set up via either your bank account or credit card. For example, payment on the 1st of May will cover the entire month of May.

Wanting to pay quarterly or annually instead? Talk to our sales consultants to receive a customized quote.

For customers outside New Zealand, we ask you to set up recurring payments via Stripe. You will be charged in your local currency.

Is onboarding free?

Yes! As our commitment to your long-term success, online onboarding sessions are complimentary with our dedicated specialists. In most cases, we find two 1-hour sessions are sufficient for you to have a head start with the Aimy system. There are ample resources available for your continued knowledge building, such as support articles, tutorial videos and user guides (if you are that geeky!). 

 

Is ongoing customer support free?

Yes! Our success comes from your success so email support is free of charge. 

 

Is ad-hoc training available?

Yes! If you have new team members or existing staff needing refresher training, we provide ad-hoc customized training at affordable rates.  

 

What’s your cancellation policy like? 

We hope you will never cancel your Aimy subscription but when you do, we ask for a written notice with a 30-day notice period. As our subscription is based on calendar months, no pro-rata is provided for partial month cancellation.
